John M. Rooney has been involved

Ranch Country Club. Mr. Rooney's wife is
Chief of Staff at Children's Hospital of San
Diego, and Mr. and Mrs. Rooney are active in
several charities benefiting children's health
care in the community.

his own account since approximately 1987,
and has personal investments in over 30
properties in six states.

Ian S. Stuart has been involved exclusively in
commercial real estate finance, investment,
and syndication since 1994. He is a Broker,
licensed by the California Department of Real
Estate.

a coach of several youth athletic teams and
as an adult Cub Scout leader.
